Hi Todd
Well the main connection which is on (XP-box #1) connect directly to
the Internet. I have a ADSL connection.
I have two card in (XP-box #1), one is the USB based modem that I got
from my ISP its (USB ADSL WAN Adapter). The other NIC is (SiS based
card)and its integrated within the motherboard.
Here's detail about each card,

into motherboard.When I click on properties
On this card there is an (#2)at the end of its name
Like this for instance (SiS 900-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter #2)why
is that? is it because of the USB modem?
