Please read the manul page on sshd_config, which describes this quite
clearly.

By the way, I do hope you're doing all the updates on your system? RedHat up
through RedHat 9 is now deprecated, and you'll need ot go to
www.fedoralegacy.org to get any updates for it. RHEL and Fedora Core 3 and 4
are still supported, but otherwise you probably should upgrade to a
supported OS.
