Incorrect username and password would cause that.
Try changing the connection type to plain ole Password authentication
(instead of keyboard interactive) and see if the ssh2 server likes
that better.
For more info, you'd need to turn on debugging. Set File>Trace
Options, disconnect and reconnect in that windows for more verbose
output on what's going on.
