ftpusers file or similar for openssh

    I am wondering if anybody else came across the need to have only Openssh
    console access, but no sftp/scp access ? I have a case where some users are
    controled by a login shell (giving them only a menu) and they shouldn't be
    able to copy files with sftp/scp. I think scp might be controllable by an
    .ssh/rc file but sftp not. I know there is a rssh shell for the contrary,
    but I am looking for an equivalent to ftpusers to restrict some users and
    not all.

    BTW I prefer to use OS provided Openssh servers, so modifying the source is
    not really supportable.
    Any ideas ?
