I have setup my home computer with realvnc server and SSH so that I can
access it through other places via putty.

The Putty config from remote computer is as following:

    L5905 xx.xxx.xxx.xx:5900

The connection works fine when I setup my home computer through DMZ but
it is risky and I don't want to leave my home computer open to attacks.

Not sure which ports and service name to use for port forwarding in my
netgear router. The router asks for both service name and port numbers
    to be forwarded.

Using "Putty" as service name with ports 5900-5905 has not worked so
    far.

    Any ideas?
