Download the zip file. It has all that you need.

To use as a straight telnet replacement, you need only "putty.exe". If
you will ever try public key authentication (very useful), then you
also need puttygen and pageant. If you want to copy files, then
use pscp. Those are the main ones I use. I create windows icons
for putty, puttygen and pageant.
