I have experienced that the sftp command SSH_FXP_FSTAT fails on some
    systems.
The reply to the command (SSH_FXP_ATTRS) is ok, but I don't get any reply to
    any
other commands afterwards. Have any other used that function? How can I
    detect that
it's supported by the sftp server?

    Thanks,
    Hans Erik
