Well, everything is possible depending on the work you'd like to put
into it. :] I'm not aware of any software that would do what you're
asking but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
...You might find something similar to webmin that would allow a remote
shell on your request. It's really too bad you can't modify the
firewall rules to allow qualified SSH connections. Everything else is
going to be either inconvienient or somewhat insecure IMHO.
