good point. Server: OpenSSH_3.6.1p2, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL

As the other 2 servers I have connected to have the same version
(3.6.1p2), its seems to be pointing to a config problem, but
considering the following...

This config option appears to be the same as on the "working"
connection:
