I ran c:>putty -clean
option such as:
PuTTY will remove its registry entries and random seed file from the
local machine (after confirming with the user).
Where is the random seed file stored? I rebooted my machine and
installed a new version and the connection problem has seemed to fix
itself. I was getting random "connection timeout" errors and was not
allowed to connect.
