remove Putty from windows

I had my Windows 2000 laptop rebuilt to Win XP Pro Service Pack 1. I
believe the Putty install on Windows 2000 carried over Registry
Settings (?) and is causing problems with my Win XP Pro Putty install.
How do I completely remove Putty from my system, specifically the
registry settings.
