AllowUsers reference a file

This is a WIBNI for the developers, I think. Sometimes, most all of
the time, I would want to allow any user to ssh to a login machine. In
some rare instances, I would like to restrict the users to 3-4 of us.
I would prefer to be able to swap a file referenced by AllowUsers in
sshd_conf rather than sed the sshd_conf file. Thus IBNI AllowUsers
could reference a file.......
