    Not really, as far as I know. It's documented in the SSH-2 connection
    protocol draft spec, the current version of which can be found here:
    <http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-secsh-connect-24.txt>
    (search for "tcpip-forward").

    As far as I can tell, this text was originally from
    Wei Dai <weidai AMPERSAT eskimo POINT com>. I don't know if there's an
    associated implementation.
