Restrict data streaming on ssh?

Hi, is there a way to restrict data from being streamed via an ssh
connection? What I want to do is create a secure remote X client that
only allows the X client (plus various apps) to run on the remote
machine and won't allow any data downloading. I guess data needs to be
streamed back and forth to support the xterm connection. Is there a
way to limit it to that?

Sorry, I understand this isn't purely an ssh issue, but I don't know
where to start with this question.

Thanks.
