This suggests yoy have different versions of ssh at the two ends;
can you confirm that ?
Your client (OpenSSH?) sends "scp -v -t /vol/home/user/includes/"
but your server (something else) objects to a "-t" switch it
doesn't understand. Or maybe there's a different stray "scp" in
the server's path fouling things up.
"ssh user@host 'cat > foo' < file" is more foolproof.
