Encrypting private key with Windows

Is Windows' file encryption secure? I'm thinking about storing my
private key without a passphrase and encrypting it with Windows. That
would effectively give me single sign-on for all my unix servers running
  ssh without even having to enter a password/passphrase except the one
I enter when I log on to windows.
