Hi,
I am facing this weird problem. I am unable to establish ssh
connection from my Windows XP (Professional) machine. The person who
installed software on this machine has formatted this on FAT32 instead
of NTFS. I am not sure if this is the reason.
I am using several clients like PUTTY, SSH-Workstation-client
(ssh.org) and cygwin and I am always getting a "Connection timed out"
message.
Also, I am not able to establish it using WinSCP software. I have
been trying different accounts which are either on Linux,Unix. I am
able to establish the connection through other computers, but not this
one.
XP's personal firewall is disabled. I have Mcafee running on this,
which I suppose doesn't have any firewall capablities (7.x). Please
let me know if someone knows what the problem at my end is.

Thanks,
Prem.
