Need to clarify: You can just use SSH on one end and not the other???

    Found this statment here:

    Does it mean:
    1) If computer is runing as a SSH server, it can not run as a client?
    2) I can run client on computer with ssh server, but not at the same when
    somebody is connected to the server.
