It should only be necessary to use port 139. I've tested variants of
the following on both NT and XP.

XP can add a loopback adapter without needing a reboot or installation
media. However, be sure to go into the Adanced TCP/IP properties and
disable NetBIOS under the WINS tab.
Instead of using 222.222.222.222 on the loopback adapter, I use a
number in the APIPA range, that is 169.254.x.x. Maybe it would be
better to use a number in the "test net" range: 192.0.2.0.
