ssh -L 5900:<ip.of.reAlvnc.computer>:5900 -f -N username@your.linux.host
then just run vnc viewer and point it at localhost as the computer you
want to connect to.
The setup is a bit more complicated in windows if you don't have a linux
host on your lan side so please tell us more about your setup.
