Any FULLY setup-automated SSH programs out there?

Are there any applications out there that automatically makes a secure
tunnel between me and the clients computer ? (im using a variant of VNC,
UltraVNC for remotely support).
What is especially important is that my customer don't have to setup
anything at all by himself.

P.s. I know nothing about vpn, ssh, ssh2 etc etc., so Im very sorry if my
questions reveals i have misundertood it all. What i hope for in that case,
is to get some general guidance, as to where else i could look for a
solution then.
