I got it working!!!! I would have never guessed this but thanks the
the debug output I got it.

To eliminate permission issues (or so I thought) I had given full
permissions from $HOME down to the authorized_keys files. OpenSSH
doesn't allow this.....at least not with the settings I have.

I took away all permissions for g and o and it works.
