PUTTY exits automatically after login

I have been using VNC through SSH (Putty GUI) for a while to access my
home computer (Server) from work.

The setup use to work fine only until recently. Now as soon as I
login to SSH via PUTTY, it just crashes or automatically logs me out.
Here is my setup:

> Source Port: 5905
> Destination: xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5900 (Port 5900 is blocked at my work)
