Yes, Richard Silverman wrote an excellent book with O'Reilly Associates that
should answer all your questions about SSH. There's also a Linux Security
Cookbook from the same company that's pretty good, and may be more useful to
you.
You may also consider using WebDAV over SSL instead of SSH: it's easier to
set up to restrict the user to a single directory, and support for is built
into Windows, Linux, and is available for MacOS.
