I've tried the latest stable and the latest development snapshots. I've
tried using it with Wifi card plugged in, without, with USB network card in,
and after formatting and reinstalling Windows twice. Every time, after I
try to open it, I get the message "putty.exe has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Standard Windows app
crash error report system.
