I am exploring methods using ssh to execute remote tasks on a number
of PCs. Maybe ssh isn't the best solution, I'm still exploring other
options.
However, in order to send jobs to other PCs via ssh I do not want to
be prompted for a password. What are my options? I was tinkering
with the /etc/sshd_config and /etc/ssh_config files, trying to disable
passwords entirely, but not much luck. I am aware of doing some kind
of key-generation.
I am running the latest version of cygwin with openssh V3.8p1
Thanks.
