putty and ssh_init problem

    Hi there,

    i use WinXP Pro. (SP1) and as a ssh client im using putty with RSA key
    transmitting (and the option "allow agent forwarding"). But now i have
    little problem:

    When i will transmit some files over pscp and command shell of Windows
    like this here

    c:\pscp myfile.jpg <user>@<meinhost>.com:/home/<user>

    i get the following message:

        "ssh_init: Network error: Connection refused"

    What is wrong?

    Please help me...
