Yes. I assume you meant OpenSSH 3.5p1, not OpenSSL 3.5p1? Use the latest
published RedHat RPM for RedHat 8.0, which is 3.4p1 with security updates,
rather than a locally compiled version.
How did you happen to pick 3.5p1? If you need it for some reason, why not
get an even more recent version and take a look at RedHat's configuration
options in their SRPM for how best to compile it for your environment? And
what do you see if you telnet to the second host on port 22?
