    It hadn't been put up when I posted originally,, but the canonical URL
    for OpenSSH release notes is now:

    http://www.openssh.com/txt/release-3.8

    or one of its mirrors. That pointer is also at the top of the README
    file in the Portable distribution, where no one will ever see it :-)

    I've imported the release notes back to 3.0. Figuring out what the URLs
    for those is an exercise for the reader. There will be some kind of
    release history with links to them added to the site sooner or later.
