pageant and cygwin ssh

I am running putty and Cygwin under WinXP. Is
there a way that I can have Cygwin's openssh client
talk to pagaent to use its stored keys for authentication?
Sometimes I want a stand-alone putty window, sometimes
I want a quick login from a shell prompt. Any advice
is welcomed. -ADM
