Maybe vshell, from Van Dyke, but it costs plenty. Or OpenSSH, which is free
and which you can install as part of cygwin. But I don't know how well
cygwin performs in ME.
ME isn't a good choice for an ssh server, because of its poor stability and
because it doesn't enforce file permissions. So your choices of ssh server
for this platform are probably going to be limited.
