    Use Unison: http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/. Unison is a
    comprehensive attack on the file synchronization problem. It uses rsync
    to minimize network bandwidth, and it will run over ssh. It's almost
    certainly the solution to your problem.
