No such critter. ssh.com created an entirely distinct set of binaries for
the new protocols when they published them, binaries that you had to compile
andn install separately and in fact had to compile and install the ssh1
binaries first, then compile and install the ssh2 binaries. The system was
fairly insane.

The OpenSSH authors created a single set of binaries that spoke both
protocols, and configuration files to enable or disable one or the other
protocol.
