Can't connect

Hi. We have a Red Hat 9 machine with OpenSSH daemon. Local attempts to
connect work ok. Remote connections constantly fail (see error below). The
/etc/hosts.deny in question is empty. The machine is behind a router, but
it's forwarding port 22 to the Red Hat box.

Any thoughts?
