using ssh-dummy-shell for FTP-only accounts?

    I have a requirement to let some outside users deposit some big files on one
    of my Linux machines, but I would otherwise like to restricted the
    activities of these users.

    Is using ssh-dummy-shell currently the community-blessed method of dealing
    with this issue? Are there any caveats?
