But keep in mind that this is more of a workaround, not a real
solution. Even if the remote server should not be able to do any
DNS queries, it's possible to set up a suitable /etc/resolv.conf
that prevents such delays.
To sum this up: Login delays that can be cured by starting sshd
with option -u0 are usually caused by a broken DNS setup, e.g.
wrong nameserver entries in /etc/resolv.conf, too restrictive
firewall rules, etc.
