SSH does not support running other protocols such as SMB over it,
although I suppose if you felt like spending years on it you could write
software to do it.

The normal way to do something like this is to either run VPN software
(such as IPsec or PPTP), or if all you want is to transfer files back
and forth as sets, use CVS over SSH or rsync over SSH.
