"Create a tunnel" refers to making a VPN connection between two computers.
Basically I would like to encrypt all communications in a peer to peer
session. For example, if I run a VNC session to a remote computer, I would
like that session to be inside an already established encrypted session.
I've heard that PGP has some sort of client to client VPN software, but I
didn't know if Putty or some other ssh software could accomplish this.
