Right. Local port can be any port number as long as you tell the
client what to connect to. I just assumed this was a Windows box
and there wouldn't be a telnet server already at 23 to conflict.
Surely, if you're using Linux at home, you'd probably want to
pick something else. Perhaps 2323?
