    I think of it more as a maelstrom of waves of confusion - more
    horizontal rather than vertical.

    I do believe you posted almost the exact same info I did to 'NELSON'
    - and AFTER I did !!

    Hey, I bought your's and Barrett's highly authoritative book at full
    retail at Barnes and Noble $39.95 so I think of my self as kind of
    a sponsor of yours.

    [after a cup of coffee ...}

    Since I got ipsec/freeswan 2.00 running (as you so kindly suggested)
    successfully (luckily almost right out of the tar.gz box) - maybe
    instead of you continuing to respond to the continuous and obviously
    confused and unwashed ssh posts here you could write a book on
    ipsec/freeswan 2.00.

    Make sure you do discuss the changes made to the freeswan 2.00 config
    file (/etc/ipsec.conf) from freeswan 1.95. The changes don't seem to
    have been made to the 2.0 docs on the freeswan web site but were found
    on the list :

    http://lists.freeswan.org/pipermail/design/2002-August/003243.html

    Seriously - great book on ssh and I'm looking forward to your
    ipsec/freeswan 2.00 book.
