client always disconnects

sorry if this is a faq, but I didnt find the answer at google ...

my opensshd disconnects the clients after a very short idle-time of approx.
90seconds.

I tried to avoid this behaviour by setting the following:

KeepAlive yes
ClientAliveInterval 30000
ClientAliveCountMax 10000

But it doesnt help ... and this problem is very annoying cause I edit files
on the remote side ...
