Hello to all!

Since I am a newbie to the SSH world, I have one question.
If I create a private key and give it to a person, can I set it up
so only that ONE person can login with the private key?
If someone else tries to login with his account, they cannot because
they dont have the key?--basically disabling dynamic keys?

Is this possible, or am I looking into it too deeply.....

(picking up a book tomorrow for more intellect on SSH)
