Can Putty .053B support X11 and DHCP

I can get Putty to open an X11 window to my Windows XP laptop by hard coding
my IP address into an 'xterm' command, but some of my co-workers use DHCP
and their IP address changes from time to time. Is there a way to extract
that dynamic IP address and get Putty to use it automatically?

Thanks,

Bob
