    That was me quoting someone else, I believe Richard Silverman. Dude, I'm
    very heavily against using binary content as a de-facto email or Usenet
    standard, for many reasons I've already listed.

    Mind you, there are binary newsgroups that I like to see the pictures
    in: those need MIME.
