The account requires scp or sftp, as evidenced by the message the server
returns. From everything I understand, that is what PuTTY is for, so what is
preventing PuTTY from satisfying the server's requirements for an scp/sftp
connection? Are there settings within PuTTY that need to be modified for
this connection to occur or is this just the wrong tool for the job? The ISP
offers no help.
