    hi everybody ,

please excuse a very newbie question here.

i am using ssh to connect to my linux machine which is running RHL 7.3
. i want to set an alias to export my display. but i am unable to
locate the ssh client mac address anywhere ( like the environment
variables to the bash the ssh opens on the linux machine ).

any hints as to how i can work around this.

    thanks in advance

    regards
    siva
