Hello all:
when telneting to port 22 i get a banner revealing my ssh version
#telnet localhost 137
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_3.2.3p1
Protocol mismatch.
Connection closed by foreign host.
First input leads to protocol mismatch anyway.
I simply can't find any option to change or remove the
banner (SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_3.2.3p1). It's not in sshd_config or else.
Is it hardcoded?
TIA, Chris
