Router log HTTP-SSL connection failed?

Hi Folks,

Our edge router has the following event log entries. Can anyone tell me what
they might be suggesting? What kind of threat may be attempting from this
host in another country?

821| 01/07/2003 02:43:24:06| SSL|

   | info| 6|

   | SSL Certificate failure for 61.186.250.29 |

822| 01/07/2003 02:43:24:07| HTTPS|

   | info| 7|

   |HTTP-SSL connection failed for 61.186.250.29. SSL 'accept' >|

61.186.250.29 apparently resides in China. Another IP logged appears to be
in Taiwan.
