    that's almost always the case, usually the problem is that people don't
    want to read anything, e.g., the ssh installation instructions or their
    log files.

    it's likely that these pam configurations are more advanced than what your
    system has installed, so you may need to tweak them, especially you may
    need to replace the pam_stack module with an explicit list of modules.
