SSH2 question

I'm going to install a ssh2 server on my linux RedHat. I've been looking
through the web and found somethings I dont understand.
First of all, what's the difference with ssh1?
Second, what's forwarding X11? I use XDCMP to connect to the server only
allowed from my network, and I would like if it's possible to do so using
ssh connection?

And the last one, is it easy to configure? hope no.
